Staff events
As a family business, it's important for us to create a close-knit employee community, and our active staff association frequently organises fun work outings and events. Besides the usual weekly Friday afternoon drinks, we have a barbecue, a Christmas party and various outings are organized every year; from sailing on the waters in the Westland region, to bowling and a padel tournament. Treats are also regularly provided, such as a healthy smoothie during the busy springtime and something tasty from the Easter Bunny.

Internships and traineeships at Noviflora
Are you currently studying at a vocational or academic college and about to head into your last year at school? We'd love to offer you an internship at Noviflora. As an intern, you actively participate in our organisation and will be able to apply what you learned to real-world situations. Did you just graduate? We'd be glad to help kickstart your international career with a traineeship.

Noviflora Holland BV is recognised as a certified training company by the Dutch "Kenniscentrum Handel". This qualification is valid for the following educational programmes:
