I have a complaint/question. What should I do?

How can I access my profile?
As a customer, you can access your profile by logging in with your login details. Next, click on the button with your name in the top right corner, and you will be taken to your profile. Your profile consists of pending orders, order history, price lists, favourites and a button to log out of your profile.
How can I change my (login) data?
To do this, please get in touch with your contact person.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on the 'forgot password' button in the login menu and enter your email address. You will receive a new password via email.
Where can I find my previous orders?
You can find your previous orders under the 'Order history' menu in your customer profile. It contains an overview of all your previous orders.
How do I add products to my favourites?
You can add products to your favourites by clicking on a specific product in the range and then clicking on the heart icon. Your favourites will be saved and can be found under the 'favourites' menu of your customer profile. You can also filter for your favourites in the product range via the 'favourites' category.
What are price lists?
Price lists are quotations that are manually created by our account managers. These are customer-specific and remain active for a specific period. They can be a special offer, a specific price or a requested quote. The price lists are available in your profile under the 'price lists' button or via the filter menu under the 'price lists' feature.
